So, I've spent the last 3 years or so mucking about in Amsterdam, and it's time to come home. My plan is to offload pretty much all the stuff I've accumulated, but I do have 3 nice Dell P2416Ds that I'd rather bring back than go through the hassle of selling, etc.

The question is: what's the cheapest way to do that? I've checked out a few shipping companies, who'll ship them for around €10 a pop, but do I need any more than the box they came in? The Dell boxes are pretty bulky and I'm fairly sure they were actually delivered (by the same courier as the one I'll likely pick no less) in only these boxes, but I'm not convinced by the idea; it's a costly mistake if they get smashed. There's no styrofoam or such in the box, only some very snuggly fitting cardboard.

Any other wild options out there as well? I thought about car + ferry but that works out extortionate...

met vriendelijk groet!

Find a courier that will insure them. They are few and far between but some still do. Shipping them wrapped in bubble wrap in addition to the dell box would be fine I would assume.

Do you still have all the cardboard dividers and such?
