If I poured water on your face I'd potentially get into some kind of minor trouble. How does this change if it was acid?

Trucks wheels loses traction on said diesel, goes into a car full of children.

How would you feel?

If that was my friend, he'd be given a kicking by now or a very serious talking to with him told if it happens again I'd be going to the police with said video evidence.
 
Shop him, and do it quickly before some biker does come off and gets killed - as that will play on your conscience for ever knowing there's something you could have done to prevent it.
 
As said, shop him.

a) it's dangerous and could get someone killed.
b) he needs help and won't get it unless people know about it.
c) what mrk said "If you don't report him and someone dies, you've basically assisted in killing someone."

He's possibly not intending to kill people, just an accident, so guessing you couldn't prove murder. It is premeditated but I have a feeling more like manslaughter? A grey area. :confused:

Report him before he bloody well kills some innocent motorcyclist. What a ****. The offence will be causing danger to road users.
