I was considering picking these up after my gravel bike is giving off a lot of vibrations when it goes off-road, this is with 700x38mm tires. Just wondering if anyone had any experience with them.

The stem is excellent. Its not suspension, but it definitely helps with vibration and buzz from rougher trails. Had mine for over a year and it's been a great purchase, if a little bit of a faff to set up. I did consider the seat post but a carbon post is good enough for me, if it gets really rough and technical I'm out of the saddle anyway.

Looks good, i've found longer rides are giving quite a bit of elbow discomfort and it's worse after less smooth surfaces so this might help quite a bit.

How are you finding it @diamount?

Whoops - sorry for the lack of update! It's been a gamechanger to be sure - descents which rattled my entire skeleton, now have become a lot subdued - it doesn't completely eliminate them but enough not to cause discomfort. I have read reviews with people in your position (joint issues etc) and it's gives them a much more enjoyable read. FYI - order from them directly, you get 10% off a lot cheaper price and they will deliver via Amazon still anyway.
