Shockwave Flash Issue

What it is, Im getting this message which is set out below. I have upgraded my adobe flash, and also my Real Player, but I still get this error message. Anybody any ideas.

EDIT: I'm using Chrome version 9

Ive been having that problem for weeks tried everything. Pretty much given up. Ive installed chrome god knows how many times and shock wave the same. Tried typing in at the address bar adolbe about or what ever it is to get into the setting still can't get it to work

Re-installing Chrome wouldn't sort out a Shockwave problem. You'll need to manually remove all the Shockwave files and then reinstall.
