Shockwave player crashing in Chromium

I stopped using Chrome as it kept getting stuck on some pages, when I clicked back it just reloaded the same page.

Now I have a problem with Chromium, if there is an embedded Youtube video on the forum it crashes.

I checked it chrome://plugins and I have 2 of flash versions installed but disabling either of them stops other flash stuff loading.

Does anyone know a fix? I just updated to the latest Chromium and it seems even worse.

Just checked and there's n update to Adobe Shockwave Player, now version: 12.1r150

I've installed that and it might have sorted it. This drove me mad last week and I updated everything. Maybe they have fixed it since then.

Edit - Spoke too soon, it's still crashing!
