Shoebox diminsions might make a great case. (It would become a real metal case)

7.08661 x 11.811 x 5.11811 (W D H) inches I looked up shoebox dimensions on google & it seems a nice size for a case.. How come there are none, that would prob. fit a none special GPU, not single slot or low profile BS. I mean I am not sure how things like the PSU would fite, but it looks like it will work. Is there any case design apps. (simple no CAD crap) Cause I think that could be a real case.

A card bracket is 4.76378ish high inches

A mITX board is 6.69291 x 6.69291 inches max.

A ATX PSU is 3.34646 x 5.90551 x 5.51181 (H W D) hmmm, well they have better SFXs now that is a better option, a atx could fit, but might get some issues.

Thermaltake element q is about that size. Takes a single slot graphics, though.

It's a great size for a case, even if you would need to think carefully about components

Fractal Design Node 304 is roughly shoebox size.. Have built 2 different systems for friends in them.. Supports nice big heatsink (Thermaltake Macho) and full length GPU.. Cracking size for a gaming pc!

Case dimensions (W x H x D): 250 x 210 x 374 mm

Raijintek's Metis is roughly comparable to the size of a shoe box. I'd say it's more cuboid whilst occupying roughly the same volume. With a short, pref modular, PSU you could get a GPU up to about ~23cm (just got my ruler out, didn't take off the side panel). You'd only be able to fit two 2.5 inch driver at the bottom of the case, though.

It would be quite toasty I imagine. That said there's no reason why you couldn't mod the top panel to supply air to the GPU and use a 120mm rad loop cooler to keep the CPU heat out. I'm sure it'd be more than acceptable that way. Also, the PSU acts as a useful exhaust.

Edit: Dimension (D/W/H) 277mm*190mm*254mm - also just £35 for the non-windowed version and good quality item.

I love the case, but just the one slot is a little sad. So would love a mITX system with a reg. GPU. no single slots or low profile stuff please. All they would have to do is place the PSU on that one side more & the MB, really not sure why they have no 2 slot version. Plus, the GPU wouldn't add to the heat being closed in. I found a case that was basicly a two slot Elem Q on a EU site, I think the compnany went bust & I read bad review saying the paint came off. It was called the Infinity. the site has a store, so I can't link it
