Well, a winter off the bike has taken its toll and I'm far too lardy for my own good. Just getting back in to the stride with the cycling but to accelerate my training and to get in to general shape I've just joined my local gym.
The plan is to get fit enough to do a cycle event round kenya for charity in feb 2007...

Anyway, as I'll be on all forms of equipment/free weights, I'm after a trainer that will be flexible/comfy enough for running but rigid and supportive enough for spinning/rowing and free weights.

Any suggestions? I have no budget... to a degree.. :p

i find nike air prestos very good al round shoes had quite a few pairs now
but theres no substitute for proper cycling shoes while cycling
