Shoestring GFX card replacement

So my OH just managed to spill a glass of water into my PC through the top fan holes, and it sounds like it's killed my gfx card (I'm at work, so no visuals)

So I'm looking for something similar to replace it, as I had no real issues with performance for what I was doing (improvement wouldn't be ignored though). I don't mind 2nd hand, so if suggestions require me to jump into the members marketplace to meet my budget then that's fine.

My Current specs are (were?), to get an idea of bottlenecks

AMD Phenom II 965 BE
AMD Radeon 5850 (Had it since launch )
Corsair TX750
G.Skill 8GB DDR3 @ 1600

No real budget, but hoping around the £70 mark :|

The 7750 is about the best you'll get for around that price, and it'll still be over budget and below the 5850's performance.

Your best option is to have a look for a second hand card / keep an eye on the clearance gpu section (though, there's nothing suitable in there atm).

yeah, is a bit annoying when there's nothing with any type of warranty on it available :|

I think I've managed to push my budget up closer to £100, so scouring MM to find something decent within that range. My main issue is I haven't properly looked into upgrading my machine since I got it so have no clue what's the best choice for my money (Red vs Green) or if any of them are going to cause my CPU to become the bottleneck as I only game single screen at 1080p
