Shop bought Chick Peas - hot or cold?

I like pies peas in general, and I especially like pork pies chick peas. On occasion, people sometimes give me PorkFarms type pork pies chick peas that can be eaten with additions (humus, sauces etc) but my question is this. Would a cheap pork pie chick pea taste better if warmed through before eating?

The best addition to chick peas is a nice juicy ribeye steak.

Chick pea curry is pretty good...

You know chick peas are high in calories, I mean yes probably they are a "healthy" foodstuff, but go easy on them.

Why go easy on them, great source for your calories, better than pasta, rice and potatoes. Love them in a curry and have half the rice i normally would.
Nice cooked with a tin of chopped tomatoes with a few herbs thrown in.

I prefer my Women in chaps - never tried Tomatoes in them - might rough the skins up a bit!
