i purchased saints row 3 from shop to and said the code would be in the download tab on account but theres nothing there :S

i have checked my bank account and the £9.85 has been taken

does it take time to show up or something?

No idea, but if it is not there by Monday morning give them a ring. They always pick up the phone and are very helpful. I have found anyway.

edit - just checked my codes as should have a ME3 code in there for the game I bought on Thursday and it says 'Not released yet'.. hmmmm...

Their customer service is normally top notch, just give them a call Monday and it should all be sorted out.

I bought SR3 this weekend for only 7.99 digital download. I saw the offer on Savygamer for a uk based shop (one that we've all been to).

I ordered that from them , and never got code a quick phone call i was refunded and bought it from someplace else for £7.99 :cool:

Cant fault the customer service

I bought it from shopto.net as well and also didnt get the code, got a very prompt message back from their customer service saying that they had a technical error and had added the key to my account i refreshed the web page and there it was, popped it into steam and all is well.

Their customer service (apart from gettng it right the first time) couldnt have been better

Its a shame as it is now cheaper elsewhere but such is life!
