We currently just have a shower that measures about 1200mm x 660mm. Theres 2 wooden boards on the floor and its pretty nasty. However its being re-tiled hopefully soon and i'm thinking putting a bath in there if possible

Is there anything like this but a bit narrower

Derwent short bath 1200mm x 700mm

Also, its only rigged up for shower use at the moment. Is it a big plumbing job to put in hot & cold taps too?

Don't understand what baths are really even for. There's no point in washing in them so I can only assume that they're there for relaxing. In which case, why not get a hot tub/jacuzzi?

We build 2000 flats / houses a year and we put smaller and smaller baths in every year to keep up with SAP and Code assessments, baths are very 1990, it's the law

Lol?

It's surely much cheaper and more practical for the majority of people to have a bath than a hot tub/jacuzzi. Also baths are relaxing and feel brilliant if your muscles are sore after sport.

yeah but you then need to shower afterwards, to actually cleanse yourself?

Baths rock. Showers are great for a quick blast clean and wake up. Long bath (1 hours), steaming hot, a good book and a glass of wine for relaxation win.

I would never, repeat never, buy a house with a short bath.

I shower daily, not used a bath in years. Don't see the point in them and would gladly buy a house with no bath.

I prefer showers. Always come out of a bath feeling awful. My lass prefers baths though!

I am 6ft, never had a bath I would be comfortable in anyway.

Was being sarcastic; don't actually expect him to get a Jacuzzi. Baths are for girls...especially ones that are so small only a girl could fit in!
