Jonny 5 is alive causing problems in the middle dimmer switch.

Can anyone understand what's going on before I get an electrician in who will spend an hour and a half on it and rinse me for everything I have.

I made a video which is in HDR so apologies if it looks washed out.

I expect someone has removed a light fitting and just connected all the cables that are the same colour together. They obviously didn't realise one was a switch drop.

I'd just disconnect the switch and put the bare ends in wagos or choc blocks.

EDIT. It could be handy in future if you need a neutral connection for smart switching.

Aye, it's one of those things that's not really an issue and it's testamount to how well he played him that no one really noticed. It's a slippery slope, plenty of other films would fall foul of it on a superficial level, Alien has a non trans actor seemingly playing a trans person (is this actually canon?), certainly Aliens has an actress in brown face as well, but Ripley is seen as a hero within certain circles of LGBT so a blind eye has to be turned to it.

But it's a shame..... That he regrets doing it? Why? His character was great and has me convinced, how is that in any shape racist?

I don't know what the world is coming to these days I really don't.

P.S. I watched Short Circuit off the back of this thread. I was on the Manannan on a choppy Irish Sea crossing, so had little else to do. Man, Stephanie really pumps my plums. Women idols just aren’t the same any more. I think Short Circuit 2 was a better movie, what with all the 90s feel-good showcasing of the American Pepsi generation dream.

I used to think the second was better, but after recently watching them both, I've changed my mind and prefer the first.
 
Don't worry, my cousin was a Harley Davidson! :D

Loved those films as a kid. I was today years old when I found out the guy wasn't Indian. I think that means the guy was a good actor and played the part well.
