I seek a solution to a simple yet common problem. A great number of my USB dongles and gadgets are contained within the USB connector itself, which is often bulky, prohibiting them from being used in confined spaces. For instance, I am unable to plug two memory sticks into adjacent slots in my laptop, or plug a wireless dongle into my USB hub alongside other USB plugs.
I guess what I'm looking for is a USB extender lead (or more likely about 10 of them); a short lead with a USB connector on one end and a USB socket on the other, but only of a length of a couple of centimetres.
Any idea if these exist anywhere? Or if not, would anyone like to produce some? If they don't exist already I'd think they'd be a sound business investment, as I'm sure I'm not the only person to require such a product.
