Shortcut for switching sheets in Excel?

I'm doing some coursework and using different worksheets in Excel on Mac. (Different windows, not tabs)

Clicking 'Window' on the top-bar and finding the right sheet is tedious.. is there not a keyboard shortcut to cycle through worksheets as you can for tabs?

CMD + Page Up (Left) or Page Down (Right).

That cycles through tabs, not worksheets.
