shorting the galaxy

anyone know how to short the epson galaxy? had to redrain my system as i had a crack in the the slave gpu, and i cant remember for the life of me how to short this psu, when i short the green/black it double beeps and wont fire up..... any ideas?

If you're trying to start up a PSU then pin14 to any GND pin will do the trick but some PSUs won't start up unless there is a load connected them.
 
nope, after 3 hours of trying to remember how to do it, i remembered, most stupid mistake on my behalf, i had to unplug all the extra cables from the psu end not the component end lol.... my bad, bleeding the system now :D
