Should Ferrari now concentrate on Raikkonen?

Barring a miracle, the F1 drivers' championship is Hamilton's. But the battle between Raikkonen and Bottas for third place is still very close. So should Ferrari concentrate on getting that third place for Kimi? That way they would end up with both second and third places in the drivers' championship.

Ferrari don't care about the drivers championship. They care about the constructors, as that's what the prize money is based on. They could still mathematically win that, but realistically it's going to take some Mercedes reliability issues, so they'll still want the best possible results from both cars.

They're not going to make Vettel move aside for Raikonnen if that's what you're asking.

If Lewis wins the WDC before the season finale his appetite/hunger to win the remaining races tends to fade (based on previous years).

If so, Bottas will likely collect more points.

However still not over yet so who knows?
