should I anticipate any problems with new build?

I know this is the mobo forum, but figured this was the best place to ask - I'm getting an Asus P5K-E WiFi with an Intel E2200 (just to tide me over for now) and Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2GB 1066 MHz ram.

The CPU requires 200MHz fsb (11 multi) and the memory bus is 266MHz.

I havn't built a machine for a while, and would like to know if I should expect the mobo to set the fsb and memory bus correctly upon a first boot with this motherboard (Asus P5K-E WiFi). Has anyone had any issues? Is there anything I should be aware of at all? I am also wondering about the mobo setting the correct voltage for the memory, is this a potential issue on a first boot or is this kind of problem rare these days?

[the P5K thread seemed Deluxe orientated so started meself a separte thread if ok]

Should be okay, if you do have memory issues try booting with one stick and then bumping up the voltage in the BIOS. The BIOS should guess workable settings, but not optimal settings.

thanks for your help guys, made the build go a lot easier. The cpu and ram were detected at working off a 200MHz (cpu 11.5 multi with a 1:1 ddr ratio) bus so that wasnt a problem, I didnt realise to achieve the higher bandwidth ram I have to manually overclock in the bios which I will do soon. Seems like a nice mobo so far, the single IDE socket impedes my PCI sound card slightly though (the only real gripe I have with this board so far) and the cmos reset jumper is hidden around the graphics card, but I see that modern bioses detect problems and automatically reset to default settings! wow, wish I had that a few years ago!
