Should I ask Steam to remove VPN games?

You've bought the game, its yours and they probably won't do squat over it. They are more concerned with cheating so I think you're safe.

I've activated many pre-orders using VPNs (Borderlands 2, etc) and Steam has yet send me threatening emails.

Think hes more on about buying russian keys.

If you did it some time ago I wouldnt bother, they have only really seemed to ban people who have done it recently due to the increased number of people who do it.
