Should I be concerned with my GPU hotspot temp?

Playing some PGA 2K25 recently with full maxed settings and 150% render scale and I noticed my GPU hotspot temperature was reaching 90c. GPU temperature seems to be in acceptable levels of around 72-75c. Is this hotspot temperature concerning? The GPU is a 4070ti Super, purchased about 6 months ago. Is it worth repasting?

Another thing I learned recently for a similar issue on my card (GPU temp 60ºC but Hotspot was near 90ºC), was to watch the to see if the Hotspot temp slowly increases in line with the GPU temp. Or, does it instantly jump to 90ºC? For me, my Hotspot temp was jumping straight up. And on cracking the card open I discovered I had hardly any paste left on the GPU. After a clean and re-paste it was all fixed and the Hotspot was back down correctly to a 10ºC difference. Here is what I had left on my GPU after opening it up. :(

My 4090 hotspot got up to a 30c delta, temps were hitting 70-80 and over 100 hotspot playing cyberpunk etc so I opened it up and the paste had pumped out. I replaced it with Honeywell PTM7950 and now I'm in the 60s with less than 10c delta with the benefit of never having to do it again as pads don't pump out.
