Should I be worried?

My cpu heat-sink heat-pipes looks like melted at the ends, should I be worried about cooling performance? Because it wasn't like that when I got it

Maybe overheated the heatsink if that's possible?

If that's a hyper tx-3 then get rid of it. One of the worst coolers ever.

No this is not mine, I have Thermaltake Frio, but I have got same situation with those heatpipes

I'd be more worried about the dust in there, personally (the heatsink itself looks fine).

Really? I run a TX3 on a work machine, it's been more than fine
