Should I be worried.

so 3 months ago I bought a ryzen 3700 with a 5700xt and i was getting around 120 fps on warzone.

I've just bought a i9 10900k and 2080 super and I'm litterally getting thr exact same fps.

Every review and ehat I've been told on here should have seen me with an improvement. Any suggestions?

I'm unfamiliar with Warzone's settings but are you certain your haven't got done sort of frame limit or sync set?

100% I've copied my previous settings exactly graphics wise.

I'm unsure if i have to do anything else. I've just downloaded warzone and started playing and only changed incase settings.

120Hz monitor and VSync enabled?

Its the lg 850 144hz and it says on it g sync enabled. I've not touched any settings.

I would say that's to be expected, as AMD graphics card do very well in COD Modern Warfare/Warzone

In-fact just found this also:

first 2 clips show 1080p and 1440p the RX5700XT and 2080 super as being only a few fps apart

Thanks for the reply. Seems a should be seeing a slight increase but its litterally the same if not worse. Also would have thought the 10900k would had added benefit.

Doubtful, unless you're running some extremely low settings and resolution your CPU will be running well below 100% the entire time therefore your FPS is dictated by your GPU.

I tend to run settings on medium and high.

Im Astonished you changed platform did you monitor cpu and gpu perfotmance?

Yeah, something like Cinebench. Run on each system and compare the results. I think this one may be more focused on CPU than GPU but there are plenty out there and I'm sure there's tons of advice on here about them.

Ah yeah I have ran cinebench on the ryzen but not on the intel. I will do it and post the results.

Still disappointing having read up on everything the 10900 was class for gaming as well as the 2080 super. I would say the graphics look better though on the 2080.
