Should i buy a 8800gs

At the moment i have a 7800gtx from a couple of years back, i am not into high res gaming so would a 8800gs @£49 new be a worthwhile upgrade ?

8800GS would be much better as it has 96 stream processors rather than the limited fixed function pipelines on the 7800 - tho personally I wouldn't spend more than £40-45 on one.

8800GS is a good card and will play most things pretty well, only drawback it only has 384Mb RAM

for 49 pounds it's definitely worth the money. go for it, it will be a great improvement from the 7800.
