Should I buy a new graphics card because I heard PC gaming is dying and don't want to waste my money....

Depends on what res you're running at. From your sig I think you have a 9600GT (card I had previously) It'll run most things well even some games smoothly at HD res. I've since upgraded to a GTX275 which is a fantastic card.
