Should I buy friends 478 System

Need a second pc and friend is selling his 478 system for £450

has these parts

asus p4c800 -e
3.4 Extreme Edition
1gb OCZ
and so on

Hits 4ghz easy would this be a good buy

or should I buy a 939 rig would this be better, need the second pc as I do a lot of video editing

the 3.4EE Cpu were is this on level with a 939 cpu, my mates giving it the sales pitch just want to be sure.

I don't get cheated, was not sure were to post this

what graphics card, case and powersupply does it come with? as i'm thinking its abit much for £450 unless theres a good graphics card or case and powersupply there...
