Should I buy this...

I have seen an advert for the following and am wondering if it's worth buying:

Powerful PC for sale. Includes high end parts. Just requires ram. Expertly cabled and recently cleaned. Includes all original boxes but parts already assembled. Just needs RAM.

Corsair 550D Aluminium and Steel case with sound dampening and original box,
Intel 3770K socket 1155 Quad Core CPU with HD 4000 graphics on-board (Top end CPU for socket 1155 never overclocked) includes box and unused retail fan,
Cooler Master 212 EVO CPU cooler,
Gigabyte Z77 UP5 TH full ATX motherboard with USB 3.0, eSATA, mSATA, 2x Thunderbolt ports, WiFi N and Bluetooth addon card included (powerful board for overclocking - I never overclocked though),
Seasonic X-Series X850 850W GOLD rated PSU with fully modular cables,
Genuine Windows 8 Pro 64-bit OEM licence (can be upgraded to 8.1 free) and disk.
300GB SATA HDD.

He wants £260 for this. Is it worth it?

Basically is a mobo, CPU, case and PSU
No graphics card, no ram

Personally I wouldnt pay that much, but it doesn't look too bad

I don't think price checks are allowed outside the members market. In answer to the question though, yes it is worth it.
