Recently bought a pair of razer barracudas upon reading a few reviews on them.

But the more knowedgeable people on this forum say that they are poop and surround sound is just a gimmick.

Before i buy a razer barracuda sound card as well to try and get better sound quality other than off my onboard surround, should i get rid of these and buy a pair of 595s instead with an X-Fi soundcard? Or should i just not be bothered and buy the barracuda sound card as well?

What are the pro's / con's of surround sound / stereo?

they are honestly not worth the money you paid for em...try selling them and gettin the 595's and x fi

ive got 555's and xtremegamer and they sound absolutely amazing even for gaming..
