Poll: Should I complain to ASDA?

My brother asked me to pick up some happy birthday candles for his girlfriends cake today, so I popped in to Asda and picked up a pack. However, I’m a little disappointed with what we got. I think I should get my £1.50 back.

I wish I could say I was winding you up, but I genuinely didn’t realise. Neither did my brother or mum. We all thought it should say happy birthday. We’re all quite intelligent as well. Just one of those silly things.

Go and take them back to Asda. Video it. We can all guess how many attempts before an Asda shop assistant figures it out.

Oh don’t, can you imagine if we had taken them back. Good god I’d have died.

Those candles now have to be used on the cake with that spelling, see if they cotton on to it

She got her cake tonight im afraid. We just used one of those big sparkler candles. I burnt my thumb lighting it. It’s not been a great night for me tbh.
