My brother asked me to pick up some happy birthday candles for his girlfriends cake today, so I popped in to Asda and picked up a pack. However, I’m a little disappointed with what we got. I think I should get my £1.50 back.

OMG! I didn’t realise that. They was above some candles that said happy birthday. Oh what a dick. Oh man, I feel like a right plonker. Just gone downstairs and spelt out birthday boy with them. Sorry for this.

She got her cake tonight im afraid. We just used one of those big sparkler candles. I burnt my thumb lighting it. It’s not been a great night for me tbh.Those candles now have to be used on the cake with that spelling, see if they cotton on to it
