Yea. Thats what i thought too, it was rather un-defendable in the black/white of the law. Just wanted opinions, and some good points were made. I'll just cough it up when the NIP arrives....

one of my 3 points was for "jumping red lights"
matter of fact was that i was in the middle of a non boxed junction when somebody bumped up ahead. Traffic started breaking after id crossed the white line, and i ended up right in front of the camera. Lights changed a minute or so later, when i was still in the junction. Somebody obviously crossed the line and triggered the camera, safely well behind the camera
They of course got a lovely photo of me in the middle of the junction and sent me a NIP.
No way of prooving it wasnt me that crossed the line though
