Should I do a fresh pc build or just upgrade ?

My spec is below.

Im considering selling the custom black ice water cooling and replace it with something like the nzxt or Corsair Hydro water cooling and maybe co down to a mid tower case.

What sort of games are you playing? And do you have a budget? Seems like a fairly capable PC already.

Im not much of a gamer anymore,

at the moment im playing
Dragon age 3
Hearthstone
Mortal Kombat X
GTA5
WWE 2k16 (dont judge, I've missed it, i've not been able to play since 2006)

i also have I also have but not played
witcher 3
and all 3 batman arkham games

I don't see that many pc games that I like, I only get a one off's but this year has been a bit better.

I mostly watch movies,
photo & video edit sometimes
and general other use

the other reason Im thinking of rebuilding is so i can get some money back from my currant setup

Don't see the need to upgrade your system unless you wanted a 480 or 1070, but if you itching to spend money then probably better just to get a whole new upto date system.
