I was in Game today pondering on whether to buy the special edition Crysis or The Witcher as I am currently near the end of Bio-Shock & am now looking for something else to play over the next few cold winter weeks.

Now, Game were selling Crysis special edition for £34.99 & I have noticed that the EA Store is selling it for £29.99.

I have never downloaded a game before as I have always purchased the proper retail copy & am looking for a bit of confidence first before I do it.

Also, is The Witcher worth getting?

Can order crysis online from several well known etailers for around 25-27 quid. Stay away from EA's digital downloads its a horrible service will ridiculous restrictions.

The same with the witcher get a hard copy of it, its a great game if you like "long" rpg's.

Get the Witcher-its awesome.
Ive heard the EA service is a little dodgy-I would stay away from that, although Steam is great.

If you go to The Witcher official website there's an option to download it there.
However it costs £35 whereas I got my hard copy a few days ago for only £17.99! Bargain and i'm loving it atm. Seems like theres a fair bit left to do but i'm fairly well into it and its great fun.
