Should I flash my bios?

I've just got round to building my comp today, I've got this motherboard http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-360-GI&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=1990

So should I download the new bios before I add the new components or not as I understand it adds ivybridge compatibility, or should i stick with what i've got?

May as well, if you look a bios F5 it adds a few improvements.
