Should I flash VGA Bios?

Hi I was wondering what flashing a VGA does exactly, would I expect to see any performance gains? What exactly is it for?

Current my version is VER011.012.000.002.000000
and the latest version I could flash to is this
VER011.022.003.006.032920

Is it worth doing?
