Should I get an E6320 and clock to E6750?

Hi,

I was thinking of buying an E6320, instead of an E6750. Both have the same cache, but I believe the latter has something else (forgot what it is) that allows it to be clocked to higher speeds than the more expensive E6700.

So, should I get an E6320, an E6750 or somewhere in between (like an E6550)?

My specs are:

And Samsung 20in screen.

So what do you reckon?

PS: then there's the matter of cooling. Will the stock fan do for overclocking around 3GHz, or should I grab a special fan/heatsink?
