Should i get an LCD TV or LCD TFT?

I need a new screen for a new Conroe based system and my XBOX 360.

Dont know really what to get. The majority of my gaming is done on XBOX 360 but i dont really want to lose the digital connection given by a computer monitor.

At a total loss what to go for. Dont want anything over 32" in terms of LCD TV but nor do i want anything over 20" for a computer monitor.

Any ideas?

You can get LCD TV's with HDMI connectors which are digital :S

but on these monitors can you hook them into a pc and an xbox 360 at the same time?

Yes if the monitor has DVI and VGA, and if the LCD TV has VGA and HDMI (not sure if the LCD TV comes with both though).

NEC LCD20WGX2 would be a good bet for a pc monitor and 360 use. Only 20" but excellent image quality and has 1:1 and aspect ratio settings too. I've tried using an HD-LCD TV as a pc montior before and I hated it, pixel pitch is too big for windows use imo and the image quality is poor compared to a decent pc tft.

If you do want an TV look at the Samsung LE26R73BD or LE32R73BD, the Toshiba 32WLT66 is also very good and has 2 HDMI sockets.

the tosh not got 1:1 pixel mapping and most tv's willnot support a pc over hdmi that why the vga input is there
