Should I get an upgrade now?

This is for my rig in sig, PC1. The Quad core with a small 8800GS 384MB Video card.

Its done me well. Its runs D&D Online ok (although the new DX10 mode gives me borderline 30FPS, and this sinks when I Fraps) but wanna start playing some newer shooters again, so I want a bit of an upgrade.

Max I can play with is £100 at present, hard times and all that. The £100 might have to include any sale of the 8800GS, so that max budget really.

Suggestions? 4850? 4870 512MB? Any Nvidia card suggestions?
