should i get an X1800XT 512mb?

im slowly talking myself into spending money on something i cant afford.

i normally only play at 1024x768 anyway as its a 17" monitor. and i play FEAR etc on the spec in my sig.... cant help but feel and X1800XT would help me become a better person.

the girlfriend thinks im nuts.

buy the girlfreind a pair of shoes and buy yourself the X1800.

Get the x1800, plays fear maxed out no problems, and don't tell the gf.
