should i get an xb0x?

Right guys im quite close to getting a xbox360 but im not sure, i mean i really want halo 3 online and a bit of GoW and Assassains creed but i dunno, im a bit feed up with my pc atm and i cant really see me spending another £800 on it. But i have keep asking myself if its worth it as it is a 2 and half year old console and you saw how long the last xbox lasted i dunno my biggest worry is microsoft just going right ps3 has blu ray etc and them saying right next gen and me being like

so guys am i waffling crap and should i get a xb0x(right now i have a shot of a ps3 and i cant say its got anything i really want other than say blu ray so it doesnt really come into it)

Well a bit of an update bought a new premium xbox today with halo3 and forza 2 for £168 but i have to wait til thursday

oh and do they have hdmi, i thought they did as im sure i read something some where that they did

That's just daft.

Get a PS3/360 and a Wii if you must get 2. The PS3 and 360 have almost identical games.

got a wii already, mariokart is pr0, also so is smash strikers, its just playing games online with my friends and brother is good and i thought i could take it further with halo etc
