Should i get this gigabyte mobo.

Or would you recommend another one?
Ill be installing a AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition "125W Edition" 3.40GHz, 4gb of ram (not sure which brand yet), a graphic card like the gtx 460 786mb or hd 5770 1gb, and a xonar ds or d1. And a zalman cnps9900 cooler.

Gigabyte boards are normally very reliable and stable, would have no worries buying that.

Asus support for me was terrible and instead of fixing the issues that everyone had with the motherboard they just bought out another board for us to buy and thier online forum support was very weak you get better support in here!

I would say both ASUS and Gigabyte still good buy -- I used Gigabyte motherbaord for AM2/Am2+ but sold and bought ASUS Crosshair IV that seem good board and my dad using Gigabyte but now using ASUS 880G that seem very cool and run very fast - this my dad motherboard: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-402-AS&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=1782
