Should i go for a 6600? Ram Related!

I was wondering whether i should go for the Conroe 6600 now or wait and get some RAM with it?!?

I currently have PC4200 in place with my Pentium D 940 at 4.2Ghz running 1:1 would it be worth going for the faster rated ram?

Should i get some Geil or Corsair PC6400?

I'll be intending to overclock!

EDIT ** if you are overclocking i would say yes get some ram, my personal recommendation would be to get some pc6400 Team Xtreme with timings of 4-4-4-10 and these are known to hit in excess of 950mhz on tighter timings!
