Hello,
I built my current PC in July last year and always wondered whether an upgrade to SLI would be worth it for me? My spec is as per my signature, the main thing that would push me to upgrade is my monitor, though I run it at 2560x1440 day to day due to the text/icon size at 3840x2160 being impossible to see. The same actually goes for any games I play, they all get run at 2560x1440 too.
Also, it seems like some games don't actually work in 3840x2160 as when you try to click on buttons and such they aren't in the right places, you have to guide your mouse around to 'find' or 'highlight' the buttons and such on screen, and again, the text and UI are usually impossibly small to see at that high res.
I figure there will be benefit, but what is it exactly if I'm going to drop another £600 on another 980Ti? Apologies if it's a relatively silly question.
Cheers
