Should I go to the Gym tonight?

I usually got to the gym 3 times a week doing a good mix of weights and CV. However I played football last night (5 a side for 60min) for the first time in years and my legs feel like lead.

Should I go to the gym or not tonight? Will it loosen me up or make me feel worse?
 
It should make you feel better and ease off with further exercise if what you are experiencing is DOMS, and it certainly sounds like that to me. Just listen to your body. :)

DOMS = Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.
