Should I go ultra wide or 4K?

the good thing about ultrawide I can have higher hz. But 4K is much more to the future I think.

I have a watercooled msi 1080.

Ugh, exact same question that's killing me... The 60Hz of 4K is making me want a 100Hz ultrawide, but the extra resolution and fact that I do pretty damn well in multiplayer games is telling me I have no need to go above 60Hz...
