Should I go XP pro 64 bit?

I am about to undertake a substantial upgrade on two of our PC's, and I have been considering using XP 64 bit. Both machines will be useing AMD 2x CPU (a 4400 and a 4800) with 2gb Corsair RAM,each with 2 x 150gb Raptors (Raid 0). One machine is 75% audio & video the other (with the 4800 cpu) is 80% gameing.

The only peice of kit that has XP64 Beta drivers available is my Terratec DMX6 fire sound card which wild horses would not make me change.

Suugestions and opinions very welcome
