Should I have iWork?

I bought my MacBook brand new in November, with Leopard installed.

I've been using Neo Office since I got it, so never bothered with Pages/Numbers etc. I've just spotted them in the Applications folder but apparantly they've expired as you only get a 30 day trial.

I thought these were free with Leopard or is it just the iLife suite?

iWork is separate from the iLife suite and needs to be purchased. Saying that though it's not very expensive!

iLife is technically free with your Mac, not Leopard

If you want to give it a try, you can get the 30 day free trial at http://www.apple.com/uk/iwork/trial/. If it still says expired then get rid of everything to do with iWork (Keynote, Pages & Numbers) including slightly hidden preferences (if you need help with this just say ) and then install it again and it should work fine.

I have iWork and it is extremely capable, but it's definitely geared to the home user rather than anything else. Give it a try and see if it meets your needs.
