I bought my MacBook brand new in November, with Leopard installed.

I've been using Neo Office since I got it, so never bothered with Pages/Numbers etc. I've just spotted them in the Applications folder but apparantly they've expired as you only get a 30 day trial.

I thought these were free with Leopard or is it just the iLife suite?

iLife is technically free with your Mac, not Leopard ;)

If you want to give it a try, you can get the 30 day free trial at http://www.apple.com/uk/iwork/trial/. If it still says expired then get rid of everything to do with iWork (Keynote, Pages & Numbers) including slightly hidden preferences (if you need help with this just say :) ) and then install it again and it should work fine.

I have iWork and it is extremely capable, but it's definitely geared to the home user rather than anything else. Give it a try and see if it meets your needs.
