Should I move my PSU, SDD array and gfx card over to an old system that was BSODing

So my motherboard is gone and I have no system, still not sure if it is my PSU that took out my system or if the motherboard itself. I have got an old system that hasn't been used Ina a while that was blue screening, a Q6600 and a P5Q Deluxe.

There are a few potential issues with moving over my SSD, PSU and gfx card over so I at least have a working system.

If the motherboard or CPU is going could it do even minor damage to to the SSDs or PSU?
The raid controller probably won't support trim and is only SATA II so could that cause issues with the SSD in terms of accelerating the deterioration of the SSDs?
If it is the PSU that was at fault with my system could that take out the other system and by extension do damage to my SSDs and gfx card?

The gfx card that the other system has is 10 years old and is useless, a 7950 something (NVidia 7000 series), and I really don't want to use its PSU on my SSDs.

I know it's a bit of a silly question but I am just don't want to do damage to my SSDs or PSU.

If you think the PSU is going RMA it, if you have no warranty just stop using it and put it to one side, maybe even throw it. I know that doesn't sound like good advice but you don't want it taking anything with it.
