Not required, if just for video processing. Just need a fast CPU, lots of RAM, lots of hard disc storage, fast drives for working.
 
Change the X1900XT for a Geforce 7300GS. You won't notice any difference if your not gaming.
Also get a Scythe Ninja HSF, this is one of the best air coolers so it will be good for overclocking.

Nah I woudl stick with the 1900 to tell you the truth...
