Would be criminal not to overclock it

Hopefully another ghz on the CPU if your lucky and maybe 10-20% on the gpu

Short answer: yes

you can do at least 4.2Ghz in all cores with this cooler, probably 4.4/4.5 but you need to check voltages and temperatures.

Ban if you don't!! :D:p:D

No point in buying a K series cpu if you don't clock it.

On second thought's, I just noticed you have a H87 motherboard. What overclocking options do you have in the bios? I can overclock my 4670K to at least 4.4ghz on my wifes Gigabyte B85M-D3H but someone on another forum had no luck.

Just downloaded the manual for your board and it does have a decent range of overclocking options. That's not to say it will definitely work though. One thing I did notice though was that the manual says it only supports 1333/1600mhz memory. Usually it would have faster speeds after it that can be used by overclocking so it would look like 1333/1600/1866(OC)/2133(OC)/2400(OC). I don't know for sure that your 2400mhz ram will run at it's full speed.
