Should I replace 5770CF with a single 6950 flashed to a 6970?

I can't find a single review that compares the 6970 with 5770 Crossfire.

I game at 1920 x 1200 and am looking for something to replace the two cards, as they're a year old and I want a new single slot solution,

Am I likely to be noticing any difference with the new card?

or should I just keep on using them, It's worth mentioning that the current cards I own are Asus Voltage Tweaks, one of which is currently dead awaiting to be RMAd.

Compare the 6970 against the 5870 then.

Crossfired 5770's are a bit quicker or slower than a 5870, depending on the game.
