I've got a new router that's ADSL2 capable, but I'm still attaching it to an old ADSL modem.
The connection is standard Talk Talk broadband package with an actual connection speed of about 3Mbps, which is normal for the area.
Is there any point in replacing the ADSL modem, or is it just as good as an ADSL2 modem in this case?
