i am thinking of replacing my mobo with an i5 overclocked bundle from here to replace my q6600 that is running at 2.4ghz. i currently use an nvidia gtx280 card, should i also look at replacing this too or will i see a good increase in performance just by changing the mobo and memory?
should i replace graphics card too?

not sure of the brand of psu, had it fitted at a local pc shop about 6 mths ago. its 650watt and cost about £60 if that helps, as to brand... no idea.
as to what games i play, it varies. currently playing skyrim, rage, anno 2070. love mass effect series and cod. the current card works fine, but i have noticed a lot of frame rate stuttering in some of the newer games above. not really bothered about running things dx11, am just worried about any sort of bottleneck due to the superfast i5 processor.
